I am a West County based Lactation Consultant and Photographer. For the past ten years I have supported families as a Certified Postpartum Doula and Portrait Photographer. Weaving a network of community based support feels like the most important work I can do with my life. Breastfeeding is rooted in intuition, both for the mother and baby but that does not mean it’s always easy. I help both mother and baby feel confident, comfortable and encouraged as they navigate their breastfeeding journey. I am a resource for non-judgemental, evidence based information and a thoughtful individualized plan of care. I offer in-home or virtual consultations and in-home or location based portrait sessions.

A recent graduate of the UCSD Lactation Consultant Program, I am an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I earned my BA in photography from Brooks Institute of Photography and have spent most of my life photographing people in the transformational moments of their life.

After years of supporting families in their postpartum months, I now have my own son. Being able to breastfeed him, and be his home is the tender joy of my life. My family has returned home to Sonoma County so my son can grow up with his feet in dewey grass, mud pits and salty shores.
