I am a West County based Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE) and Portrait Photographer (BA in Commercial Photography).

Weaving a network of community based support feels like the most important work I can do with my life. Breastfeeding is rooted in intuition, both for the mother and baby but that does not mean it’s always easy. I help both mother and baby feel confident, comfortable and encouraged as they navigate their breastfeeding journey. I am a resource for non-judgemental, evidence based information and a thoughtful individualized plan of care.

Your consultation is all about providing education and support. My goal is to teach you the skills and techniques to feel confident about feeding your baby. Together we will address any discomforts and create a care plan that will resolve any maternal or infant feeding issues.

In your home consultation we will:

• Talk about your prenatal and birth history

• Assess milk transfer

• Weigh your baby

• Get hands on support with position and latch,

• Create a custom feeding plan

• Dive into all your questions.

• You’ll have phone, email and text support for one week following your consultation.

• Any necessary follow up visits will be scheduled at a discount rate.

Consultation

Virtual consultations are perfect for prenatal education, the parent who is getting ready to go back to work, get support and advice when your baby starts teething, or to follow up an initial consultation. All virtual consultations are 60 minute HIPPA compliant video calls and you’ll have an additional week of email, phone and text support following our call.
